I was one of only five Real Estate Brokers that have been put on Bank of America's "Premier Agent" referral system in May of 2012 for Chula Vista, Califonia. Bank of America developed as part of their effors to protect the public and their investors from incompetent real estate agents, a referral data base to refer their customers who were having to short sell their homes. Average statistics show 7 out of 10 Short Sales en in Foreclosure according to the California Association of Realtors. Since 2007, I have a 100% close track record with all of the short sales.
I conduct free public seminars in the South Bay for Homeowners who are facing financial difficulty and need assistance. |
